Bringing down the walls of difference and indifference

Somebody’s Daughter Theatre (SDT) is a company of artists with a 40 year record of working with some of the most vulnerable and powerless in our society.

Through the arts – theatre, visual art, music, film – we work with women in prison, women post release and marginalised young people; creating high-quality theatre and pathways back into education and community.

No Means No - Young People Speak Out About Consent

Inspired by the words of former Australian of the Year and sexual assault survivor Grace Tame, the students/artists at Nobody's Fool Theatre have created an in-your-face music video about consent titled No Means No.

Nobody’s Fool Theatre is a partnership between Somebody’s Daughter Theatre and Newcomb Secondary College, Geelong
.

The video was produced with the assistance of the Give Where You Live Foundation.

Acknowledgement of Country

Somebody's Daughter Theatre acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the traditional owners and custodians of this country, and their connection to land, water and community. We pay our respect to them, their cultures and customs, and to Elders past, present and emerging.
